DIJ INDIA presents light weight and easy to carry straight line and circle cutting machine in two variants, CUT MASTER IN and CUT MASTER NM. CUT MASTER NM is created with latest Nozzle Mixing technology whereas CUT MASTER IN is injector type versatile cutting machine. Both models come with wrap round handle which ensures easy portability and protection.

• CUT MASTER Machine body is crafted from pressed steel with wrap/round handle and fibre glass heat deflector.
• Overall CUT MASTER machines of DIJ INDIA are light in weight and due to wrap round handle they are extremely easy to handle.
• By using extendable tracks, our CUT MASTER machines can create straight cuts of any length. CUT MASTER NM machine can cut thickness up to 100 mm MS, bevel cuts up to 45° and 75mm thick MS whereas circle cuts 75-1140mm diameter. CUT MASTER IN machine can cut thickness up to 75mm MS, bevel cuts up to 45° and 50mm thick MS whereas circle cuts 75-1140mm diameter. Also these machines can shape gradual curves, when hand-guided.
• Circle cutting can be done with use of optional circle cutting attachments which can be easily fixed to the machine.
• CUT MASTER IN, injector type cutter is specially designed to prevent backfire. CUT MASTER NM cutter is developed with nozzle mixing technology for better safety.
• Cutter adjustment can be Swivelled to cut levels up to 45° with Rack and Pinion.
• Acetylene or LPG Gas can be used by selecting the appropriate nozzles. One nozzle for use with Acetylene for cutting MS from 6 mm to 75 mm thickness supplied along with the machine.
• 220 volts Fractional Horse Power geared reversible motors come as an integral part of machine. Power is fed through a Forward-Reverse toggle Switch.
• 1.8 meter long Aluminium Track or Steel Track can be supplied as optional extra. The CUT MASTER IN/CUT MASTER NM Machines may be set to follow the edge of any straight piece of metal, 8 x 20 mm.
